Open Market / Probate Valuations

If you require your property to be valued in respect of, say, a matter of probate or the raising of a mortgage, then an “off the cuff” valuation, such as a sales valuation from an Estate Agent, will simply not suffice.  You will require a qualified and written valuation report which our professional Surveyors can provide.  Other examples of when such a report would be needed are divorce proceedings and other such matters of law.
